FIRESTONE空氣彈簧.FIRESTONE氣墊.FIRESTONE氣囊.Marsh Mellow™ 橡膠彈簧
在可伸縮的密閉容器中充以壓縮空氣,利用空氣彈性作用的彈簧。俗稱氣囊、氣囊式氣缸、皮囊氣缸等。
空氣彈簧是在一個密封的容器中充入壓縮空氣,利用氣體可壓縮性實現其彈性作用。空氣彈簧具有較理想的非線性彈性特性,加裝高度調節裝置后,車身高度不隨載荷增減而變化,彈簧剛度可設計得較低,乘坐舒適性好。但空氣彈簧懸架結構復雜、制造成本高。
工作原理是在密閉的壓力缸內充入惰性氣體或者油氣混合物,使腔體內的壓力高于大氣壓的幾倍或者幾十倍,利用活塞桿的橫截面積小于活塞的橫截面積從而產生的壓力差來實現活塞桿的運動。由于原理上的根本不同,氣彈簧比普通彈簧有著很顯著的優點:速度相對緩慢、動態力變化不大(一般在1:1.2以內)、容易控制;缺點是相對體積沒有螺旋彈簧小,成本高、壽命相對短。
Firestone空氣彈簧按氣囊的結構型式可分成囊式、膜式和復合式三種。
Firestone囊式空氣彈簧
Firestone凡士通囊式空氣彈簧由夾有簾線的橡膠氣囊和密閉在其中的壓縮空氣組成。氣囊的內層用氣密性的橡膠制成,而外層則用耐油橡膠制成。氣囊一般做成如圖1所示的兩節,但也有單節或三、四節的。節數越多,彈性越好,但密封性差,節和節之間圍有鋼制的腰環,使中間部分不致有徑向擴張,并防止兩節之間相互摩擦。氣囊的上下蓋板將氣囊密閉。
Firestone膜式空氣彈簧
Firestone膜式空氣彈簧的密閉氣囊由橡膠膜片和金屬壓制件組成。與囊式的相比,其彈性特性曲線比較理想,因其剛度較囊式較小,車身自然振動頻率較低;且尺寸較小,在車上便于布置,故多用于轎車上。
Firestone復合式空氣彈簧
從結構上看,復合式空氣彈簧,是介于囊式和膜式之間的一種型式,它綜合了上述兩種空氣彈簧的優點,具有較低的彈簧剛度,但制造工藝復雜。
Firestone空氣彈簧的質量比任何彈簧的質量都小,且壽命較長,但高度尺寸較大,適用于在大型車輛上布置,故近些年來在大型客車上,尤其是高檔豪華大客車上已得到廣泛應用。
