通用型壓力變送器選擇說(shuō)明:
正確選擇壓力變送器是獲得較好使用效果的前提條件。我們推薦客戶在選擇壓力變送器的時(shí)候,注意以下幾點(diǎn):
1、 測(cè)量介質(zhì):液體、氣體、蒸汽。根據(jù)工況自行選擇。
2、 測(cè)量精度:壓力變送器作為一種傳感測(cè)量,信號(hào)放大處理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作信號(hào)輸出的儀器,誤差是無(wú)法避免的。客戶可根據(jù)具體工況的要求選擇,滿足工況即可。過(guò)分追求高精度,對(duì)工況無(wú)多大裨益,經(jīng)濟(jì)方面確是一筆大開(kāi)銷。
3、 量程選擇:建議使用壓力變送器量程的75%為工況的最大壓力。例如,工況最大壓力75Mpa,選擇滿量程為100MPA的壓力變送器。
4、 測(cè)量介質(zhì)的腐蝕性。根據(jù)被測(cè)介質(zhì)的腐蝕性大小,選擇壓力變送器的接觸材質(zhì)。一般的壓力變送器的接觸介質(zhì)分的材質(zhì)采用的是316不銹鋼,如果被測(cè)介質(zhì)對(duì)316不銹鋼沒(méi)有腐蝕性,那么基本上所有的壓力變送器都適合你對(duì)介質(zhì)壓力的測(cè)量。如果被測(cè)介質(zhì)對(duì)316不銹鋼有腐蝕性,就需要做化學(xué)密封處理,隔離腐蝕介質(zhì),延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
5、 測(cè)量介質(zhì)的溫度。由于高溫會(huì)對(duì)壓力變送器器內(nèi)的信號(hào)有影響,所以在進(jìn)行高溫環(huán)境、高溫介質(zhì)選型使用時(shí),要注意選擇高溫型 并對(duì)被測(cè)介質(zhì)管線做些處理,精度要求不高時(shí)可通過(guò)加裝冷凝管進(jìn)行前期降溫處理,精度要求高時(shí),選定制特殊耐高溫型壓力變送器,其價(jià)格較之加裝冷凝管要高很多。
6、 輸出型號(hào)。常見(jiàn)的輸出型號(hào)有0-20MA 、 4-20MA 、0-10V、 O-5V等,選型訂貨要求備注,告知廠家。
7、 使用工況。主要是是否需要防爆處理,有本安型、隔爆型。
8、 壓力連接接口選擇。可定制
9、 其他因素。

Description
The model O-10 pressure transmitter has been developed for a wide variety of industrial applications. The large range of process and electrical connections as well as all commonly used pressure ranges and output signals set the model O-10apart.
For applications in which water is used as a medium we recommend a 5-fold overpressure safety in combination with a condensation-tight case.
Due to its specifications, its features and its price, the pressure transmitter is ideally suited to OEM applications, with an annual quantity requirement of more than 1,000 units of each article number. Accordingly, the minimum order quantity is 50 units per article number.
The model O-10 has been designed specifically for the demands of the global market. The pressure transmitter offers international units and the corresponding approvals for the North American and Russian markets.
It goes without saying that the model O-10 can be delivered with customer-specific labelling (e.g. company logo and model designation).

The power supply must be suitable for operation above 2,000 m should the pressure transmitter be used at this altitude.
